º . Envío de información al Ministerio de Minas y Energía. A partir del primero de enero de 2001, Ecopetrol deberá enviar dentro de los quince (15) días calendario precedentes al inicio de cada trimestre al Ministerio de Minas y Energía, la valoración de las reservas que aplicará para el siguiente trimestre, conforme a las reglas contenidas en el presente decreto. El Ministerio de Minas y Energía deberá manifestar su conformidad o sus observaciones, si las hubiere, dentro de los quince (15) días calendario siguientes al envío de la información.
