Informes a la autoridad Fluvial . Para los efectos previstos en el artículo 63 de la Ley 1242 de 2008, la Inspección Fluvial de la respectiva jurisdicción deberá pedir a los homologados los informes de rutina de que trata a citada norma cada seis (6) meses, y estos deberán ser remitidos al Ministerio de Transporte de conformidad con las disposiciones que se expidan para tal fin.
