Quedan derogados los artículos 261; 428 a 632 del Código Civil. Se modifican parcialmente el artículo 34 del Código Civil, los artículos 427, 447, 649, 655, 659, 660 del Código de Procedimiento Civil; el artículo 5° del Decreto 2272 de 1989 y las demás normas que sean contrarias a esta ley.
