amends Artículo 364 CODIGO SUSTANTIVO DEL TRABAJO de 1951

El artículo 364 del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo, quedará así:

Artículo 364. Personería Jurídica.

Toda organización sindical de trabajadores por el solo hecho de su fundación, y a partir de la fecha de la asamblea constitutiva, goza de personería jurídica.
