Todas las trilladoras y tostadoras de café que funcionen en el territorio nacional deberán estar inscritas ante la Dirección General de Adunas. A efectos de obtener la correspondiente autorización . Las trilladoras y tostadoras ubicadas en sitios diferentes a los señalados en el artículo 14 del presente Decreto, tendrán un plazo de sesenta días para su inscripción ante la Dirección General de Aduanas.
