Artículo decimotercero. Los Gobernadores, Intendentes y Comisarios, por intermedio de las Secretarias de Educación, autorizarán los exámenes de validación de materias a que haya lugar de acuerdo con los certificados de estudios. Cuando se trate de validaciones de cursos completos o de obtener diploma por este medio, requerirán autorización previa del Ministerio de Educación.

Parágrafo

Al Ministerio de Educación se enviará copia auténtica del cuadro general de calificaciones y de los documentos de identificación personal de los respectivos alumnos.
