La Asamblea Extraordinaria sólo podrá tomar decisiones sobre los asuntos señalados en la respectiva convocatoria. Pero una vez agotado el orden del día y por decisión de un setenta por ciento (70%) de los asociados presentes en la reunión podrá ocuparse de otros temas y adoptar decisiones válidas con el voto mínimo de las dos terceras () partes de los asociados asistentes.
