º La junta creada por el Artículo anterior del presente decreto, nombrara un tesorero quien prestara fianza para asegurar su manejo, y rendirá cuentas ante la Contraloría General de la Republica, y presentara mensualmente al Ministerio de Instrucción y Salubridad Publicas un informe detallado de la cantidad de material gastado, costo y demás pormenores de la obra a su cargo.
