La administración superior de la institución estará al cuidado de la Junta Directiva del Banco, la que se compondrá de dos miembros designados por el Gobierno y tres por las entidades y particulares que sean accionistas del Banco, en la forma que determinarán los Estatutos. Los miembros de la Junta Directiva durarán dos años en el ejercicio de sus funciones, y se renovarán en la forma que se establezca en los mismos Estatutos.
