ARTICULO 61. Fianzas. Los empleados públicos del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional que por razón de las funciones que les sean encomendadas deban constituir fianza, tienen derecho a que el Tesoro Público les reconozca el valor de las primas que por la garantía correspondiente cobre la entidad aseguradora, salvo en el caso de la póliza a que se refiere el artículo 76 de este Decreto.
