Respecto de las pensiones, en la sentencia se ordenará al síndico adoptar cualquiera de estas medidas:

Liquidarlas y pagarlas por su valor actual según la vida probable de cada beneficiario, determinada conforme a las tablas empleadas al efecto en el país, y

Contratar con el Instituto Colombiano de Seguros Sociales o con una compañía de seguros el pago periódico de las pensiones.
