° La Secretaría de Organización e Inspección de la Administración Pública de la Presidencia preparará la estructura orgánica y funciones para la administración departamental de Risaralda, la cual será adoptada mediante decreto, por el Gobierno Nacional. Los sistemas y métodos de trabajo para el eficiente funcionamiento de su administración, serán preparados por el mismo organismo.
