° Los Agentes municipales de las Rentas reorganizadas tienen la obligación de expedir la guía de degüello cuando se les solicite, siempre que por parte del interesado se llenen los requisitos del artículo 3.° Si se comprobare que el Agente en horas de trabajo se negó á expedir una guía, el Alcalde le impondrá una multa igual al valor del impuesto.
