Ley 113 de 1961 · Por la cual se ordena al Gobierno el pago de recompensas a antiguos militares escalafonados, y se dictan otras disposiciones

Las viudas y los hijos de los antiguos militares, de acuerdo con las leyes vigentes y con las que se dicten hasta el momento de producirse dicha reglamentación, tendrán derecho a la recompensa señalada en el artículo anterior, cuando ésta no hubiere sido cobrada por el causante.

Parágrafo

Los soldados veteranos recibirán como recompensa la cantidad de doscientos pesos ($ 200.00) moneda corriente. A igual cantidad tendrán derecho las .viudas y los hijos de los mismos.
