EN SEGUROS AUTORIZADOS EN MONEDA EXTRANJERA. En los seguros de daños autorizados en moneda extranjera por el Superintendente Bancario, de acuerdo con los artículos 98 a 100 del Decreto 444 de 1967, el impuesto se pagará en pesos colombianos al tipo de cambio vigente en la fecha de emisión de la póliza, del anexo de amparo, o de su renovación.
