La Caja de Auxilios y Prestaciones de la Asociación Colombiana de Aviadores Civiles (ACDAC), entidad con personería jurídica, de carácter privado y sin animo de lucro, irá asumiendo el pago de las prestaciones sociales que corresponden a las empresas nacionales de aviación civil, de acuerdo con sus propio reglamentos y con las normas especiales que al efecto fije el gobierno.
