Gestión financiera. La inversión de recursos públicos en Empresas Receptoras deberá tener como objetivo principal la generación de valor económico. Los códigos de propiedad reconocerán esta finalidad y contendrán los lineamientos necesarios a los Gestores de Propiedad, con el fin de que estos procuren que las decisiones de las Empresas Receptoras contribuyan con el objetivo de generación de valor económico.
