Establecer un contingente anual de 4.698 toneladas, para la importación de lactosuero, clasificado por las subpartidas arancelarias 0404.10.10.00, 0404.10.90.00 y 0404.90.00.00, originarias de los países Miembros de la Comunidad Andina y de Mercosur. Las importaciones de dichos productos que excedan el contingente fijado ingresarán al territorio aduanero nacional pagando el arancel de Nación Más Favorecida (NMF) vigente.
