Si alguno de los otorgantes no supiere o no pudiere firmar, el instrumento será suscrito por la persona a quien él ruegue, cuyo nombre, edad, domicilio e identificación se anotarán en la escritura. El otorgante imprimirá a continuación su huella dactilar de lo cual se dejará testimonio escrito con indicación de cuál huella ha sido impresa.
