El presente Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación en el Diario Oficial, modifica el artículo 5° del Decreto 280 de 2015 y deroga los artículos 8°, 9° y 11 del Decreto 2623 de 2009, y el numeral 2 del artículo 1.1.2.1 del Decreto 1082 de 2015, Único Reglamentario del Sector Administrativo de Planeación Nacional.
