Diferendos limítrofes de los municipios de Toledo y Cubará y los de Norte de Santander y Boyacá. De conformidad con el artículo 153 de la Ley 1530 de 2012, se apropiarán por concepto de regalías, rendimientos financieros e impuesto de transporte los recursos que corresponden al diferendo limítrofe de los municipios de Toledo y Cubará y los de Norte de Santander y Boyacá donde se encuentra ubicado el campo de gas Gibraltar.
