º . DE LOS SERVICIOS PUBLICOS DOMICILIARIOS. Para los efectos del presente Decreto se entenderá por servicios públicos domiciliarios los de acueducto, alcantarillado, energía eléctrica, telefonía local y telefonía de larga distancia nacional e internacional, recolección, transporte y disposición final de desechos sólidos y gas natural domiciliario.
