De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 864 del Estatuto Tributario y con base en la certificación expedida por la Superintendencia Bancaria, la tasa de interés que regirá en materia de devoluciones y compensaciones, entre el 1 de marzo de 1997 y el 28 de febrero de 1998, será del 37,32%.
