El asociado y el apoderado no podrán participar de forma simultánea en la misma reunión ni, mucho menos, deliberar o decidir conjuntamente en ellas. Ello no obsta para que se le permita al asociado ser asistido por su apoderado como asesor suyo, pero sin voz ni voto.
