º. Los impuestos de consumo de que tratan el artículo 1º y 2º deberán ser pagados dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes a la expedición del acta de reconocimiento o planilla.

Parágrafo

Para las transacciones con licores estampillados seguirá empleándose el sistema habitual de guías y tornaguías.
