Art. 4° Tendrán también los referidos empleados la facultad de instruir las informaciones sumarias contra los defraudadores al impuesto de cuya administración están encargados, y de cobrar ejecutivamente, haciendo uso de la jurisdicción coactiva de que se les inviste, las multas á que fueren condenados tales defraudadores.
