ARTICULO 61. Las personas naturales o jurídicas que se dediquen a la importación, fabricación y ensamblaje de vehículos, partes, repuestos, carrocerías y demás implementos con destino al transporte público colectivo municipal de pasajeros y mixto, deberán inscribirse ante el Instituto Nacional de Transporte y Tránsito de acuerda a la reglamentación que para tal efecto se expida.
