El Gobierno incorporara precisamente en la Ley de Apropiaciones de la vigencia de 1925, la cantidad de trece mil doscientos cincuenta pesos ($13,250), para pagar los honorarios del Asesor de la Contraloría, experto en Contabilidad, control y administración financiera, en nueve meses y gastos de regreso a Nueva York, según contrato, y la cantidad de dos mil quinientos cincuenta pesos ($ 2 550) para pagar al Secretario del Asesor.
