Del plazo para conceder licencia . Presentada la solicitud, a que se refieren los artículos 131 y 132 anteriores, con la documentación completa, la Dirección Seccional de Salud a través de la División de Saneamiento Ambiental, o la repartición que haga sus veces, dispone de quince (15) días hábiles para comprobar las condiciones técnico-sanitarias del local, instalaciones y equipos destinados a las operaciones de la Empresa, al cabo de los cuales deberá rendir el concepto resultante de las visitas o inspecciones practicadas.
