El Presente Decreto Rige A Partir De Su Promulgación
Decreto 753 de 2018 · por el cual se establecen previsiones para hacer seguimiento a la aplicación de la Ley 1820 de 2016 y el Decreto-ley 277 de 2017, en lo que se refiere a la libertad condicionada para personas privadas de la libertad por conductas desplegadas en contextos relacionados con el ejercicio del derecho a la protesta o disturbios internos.
