ARTICULO 2º. Atribuciones de Policía Judicial . Los empleados de la Oficina de Investigaciones Especiales cumplirán funciones de Policía Judicial. Las atribuciones y valor probatorio de sus actuaciones se rigen por las normas del Código de Procedimiento Penal. Para el cumplimiento de sus funciones la Oficina de Investigaciones Especiales podrá requerir la colaboración de las autoridades de todo orden.
