ARTICULO 3º. - Quienes fueron designados para el cargo de magistrado del partir de la fecha en que oficialmente se les comunique el nombramiento, para manifestar su aceptación ante el funcionario o Corporación que los designo, y de veinte (20) para presentar los documentos con que acrediten el cumplimiento de los requisitos constitucionales y legales conducentes a la confirmación del respectivo nombramiento.
