Notifdicación de la calificación. El empleado deberá ser notificado del contenido de la calificación proferida por su inmediato superior y si no estuviere de acuerdo podrá, en los dos (2) días siguientes, manifestarle por escrito su inconformidad. En este caso el Jefe inmediato resolverá dentro de los tres (3) días y, seguidamente, enviará lo actuado para la revisión y refrendación correspondiente por el superior jerárquico del calificador.
