º Cuando la designación de los funcionarios mencionados en el artículo 4º corresponda según la ley a autoridad distinta de la del Ministerio de Educación Nacional, para la designación del personal directivo docente, docente y administrativo, en los centros educativos bajo contrato, se seguirá el mismo procedimiento establecido en el artículo anteriormente citado.
