° Las personas que hayan terminado sus estudios en Facultades oficiales cuyos títulos sean reconocidos por el Gobierno, podrán ejercer la profesión de medicina por un término improrrogable de dos años, que se comenzará a contar desde la fecha en que terminaron tales estudios.
