Art. 417. Esta continuará durante el plenario y hasta que el juicio termine por sentencia de última instancia, conservando el Juez o Tribunal de la causa el derecho de reclamar al sindicado en los casos y con la condición del artículo anterior, y quedando el Jefe en la obligación de presentarlo.
