° El Ministro del Trabajo procederá en forma similar a la establecida en el artículo anterior para escoger el representante obrero en la Junta Consultiva del Instituto Colombiano de Especialización Técnica en el Exterior, solicitando ternas a cualesquiera de las confederaciones sindicales nacionales que cuenten con personería jurídica y que juicio del Ministerio reúnan condiciones suficientes de organización y seriedad. El Gobierno escogerá de dichas ternas el representante obrero en la Junta Consultiva del ICETEX.
