La licencia para ejercer la profesión de representante, vendedor o agente viajero de empresa o empresas establecidas o que se establezcan en Colombia, será expedida por el Ministerio de la Economia Nacional, previa comprobación del cumplimiento de los requisitos legales, de acuerdo con procedimientos que el Gobierno establezca en los respectivos reglamentos.
