OBLIGATORIEDAD DE LA ACCIÓN DISCIPLINARIA.Toda conducta que pueda constituir falta disciplinaria origina la respectiva acción, la cual tendrá lugar aun cuando el infractor se encuentre desvinculado del servicio.
