º Tendrán la condición de entidad crediticia del sistema de tarjeta de crédito agropecuario, la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero, el Banco Cafetero, el Banco Ganadero, el Banco Popular, el Banco de los Trabajadores y cualquier otra entidad bancaria que suscriba el contrato de vinculación al sistema. Una vez vinculados, los bancos emitirán bajo su responsabilidad las tarjetas de crédito que entregarán a sus clientes mediante la firma del contrato de uso y las garantías especiales que señale el reglamento.
