Objeto: La presente ley tiene por objeto implementar y fortalecer la institución de la conciliación en la jurisdicción de lo contencioso administrativo; promoviendo así la cultura de la conciliación con la oportuna solución de los conflictos entre el Estado y los ciudadanos.
