PRIMA DE ORDEN PÚBLICO. La prima de Orden Público de que trata el artículo 90 del Decreto 2062 de 1984, se pagará igualmente a los Oficiales y Suboficiales que salgan con personal de sus sedes habituales hacia áreas en las que no exista guarnición policial permanente, para participar en operaciones tendientes al mantenimiento y restablecimiento del orden público.

Parágrafo

Para tener derecho a la prima mensual de orden público se requiere que el Oficial o Suboficial haya permanecido en cualquiera de las situaciones previstas en el presente artículo por un tiempo no inferior de quince (15) días dentro de cada mes.
