º . Homologación. Para los centros ubicados en las capitales de departamento o municipios cabeceras de circuito judicial, donde no haya Tribunal Administrativo, la comunicación y el trámite de homologación de que trata el artículo 79 de la Ley 446 de 1998, se surtirán ante el Tribunal Administrativo de la jurisdicción a la que dichas ciudades o municipios pertenezcan.
