Artículo tercero. El inciso 2 o . del artículo 261 del Código Civil quedará así: "El que haga las suministraciones deberá dar noticia de ellas, lo más pronto posible, a cualquiera de los padres; si el menor estuviere al cuidado de otra persona, también a ésta. Toda omisión voluntaria en este punto hará cesarlas consiguientes responsabilidades". En los anteriores términos se modifica el artículo 209 del Decreto 2820 de 1974.
