El Instituto podrá fomentar la formación de cooperativas de producción, transportes, consumo, etc., entre los colonos y prestará ayuda técnica, financiera o de cualquier otra clase para su organización y actividades, en los términos del inciso final del artículo 8º. del Decreto que se reglamenta.
