La distribución de .las contribuciones se hará mediante el método que asegure la proporcionalidad de la contribución al beneficio recibido por cada inmueble sin excederlo, ni sobrepasar los límites de la cuantía total establecidas en la ley y el presente Reglamento. Con este fin y para cada caso particular, la Corporación escogerá el método que convenga, según los estudios de beneficio o mayor valor económico de que trata el artículo 18.
