º. Presidencia de la Junta. Corresponde al Ministro de Defensa presidir la Junta Asesora del Ministerio de Defensa para las Fuerzas Militares.

Parágrafo

Cuando se trate de asuntos de personal, el Ministro podra delegar esta función en el Comandante General de las Fuerzas Militares.
