El Senado o la Cámara de Representantes o las Comisiones Constitucionales Permanentes, podrán disponer que por medio de la radiodifusión se dé una mayor publicidad a aquéllos debates que, a su respectivo juicio, se consideren de interés nacional. La Comisión de la Mesa cumplirá el trámite necesario para que la Radiodifusora Nacional preste el servicio correspondiente y si por dificultades insuperables dicho establecimiento no pudiere efectuar la transmisión o transmisiones solicitadas, procederá a contratar éstas con los servicios privados de radiodifusión.
