La Junta de Licitación y Adquisiciones de la Superintendencia Bancaria asesorará en materia de compras y contratación y estará integrada por el Secretario General, quien la presidirá, el Jefe de la Oficina Jurídica, un representante del Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público, el Director General Administrativo y Financiero y el Jefe de la División Financiera, y cumplirá las funciones previstas en las normas legales y reglamentarias vigentes.
