En caso de disolución del Instituto, la cual podrá ser ordenada por la Junta Directiva con el voto afirmativo de cuatro (4) de sus miembros o por el Gobierno, los bienes de toda especie que constituyan su patrimonio pasarán a propiedad de la Nación para destinarlos al fomento de la agricultura.
